Meet the Summer 2025 Batch

August 22, 2025

We’re excited to share Iterative’s Summer 2025 batch — our 11th since starting in 2020. I know I say this every batch (and I probably will keep saying it), but this really feels like our strongest one yet.

Like always, we kicked things off with orientation in Bali. 30+ founders from across Southeast Asia flew in, spent a few days together, met with our General and Visiting Partners, and got their first taste of office hours. More importantly, they started building relationships with each other that’ll last well beyond the program, and we're excited to show you their progress in Demo Day on October 15, 2025.

This was also one of our most competitive batches. We got over 1,000 applications and spent 500+ hours interviewing. Out of that, we picked 15 startups we’re really excited about.

Meet the Companies

  1. Cata (Singapore) - The premium mobile app for your F&B Business
  2. Cavos (Indonesia) - Next-generation contact centers with voice AI
  3. Linemate (Philippines) - HR operating system for deskless teams
  4. Nexacore (Malaysia) - Empowering Insurers to deliver seamless device protection claims
  5. PARADYSE Homes (Indonesia) - Co-own luxury holiday homes at 1/8th the price

The other seven companies wish to remain in stealth mode, and under the descriptions below, we've hidden their identifiers.

Meet the Summer 2025 batch below!

Company Descriptions

Cata

Company Description: Empowering offline retailers with digital superpowers

Founders: David Brunier, Sebastian Hannecker, Marija Brunier

Why we're excited: Many offline stores, like restaurants, don’t collect or use customer data, which leaves a lot of money on the table in marketing, especially loyalty and retargeting. Cata solves this critical gap by giving these businesses the tools to understand and connect with their customers better.

The founders know this space deeply — David and Seb previously scaled a popular tech-enabled coffee chain in seven APAC markets to 250+ outlets — and bring deep industry knowledge to Cata. With his team, Cata is helping brands across Singapore deliver personalised customer experiences and data-driven marketing.

Cavos

Company Description: Next-generation contact centers with voice AI

Founders: Johan Antlov, Ramdhan Hidayat

Why we're excited: Cavos is changing how contact centers work by using AI voice agents to handle thousands of calls a day with 98% accuracy for improving sales and recovery in financing companies. It’s a faster, more efficient alternative to traditional BPO solutions — no extra infrastructure needed.

They stand out with their ability to integrate into legacy phone systems, built for the needs of Indonesia’s banking and finance sector. Founders Johan and Ramdhan have strong industry expertise, and we’re excited to see them bring more automation, agility, and productivity to contact centers.

Linemate

Company Description: HR operating system for deskless teams

Founders: Kacper Marcinkowski, Kamil Charazka, Manjari Lakshmanan

Why we're excited: There are 2.8 billion deskless workers worldwide, yet traditional HR tools fail them. Adoption of tools like HRMS and LMS is slow and unnecessarily complicated, and more often than not, companies are forced to revert to manual training processes that take up huge amounts of time and resources.

Linemate fixes this with a WhatsApp-integrated HR operating system that makes communication and training simple, using a platform workers already know. The results speak for themselves: 86% engagement compared to the industry average of 7%. With strong early interest, we’re excited to see Linemate transform frontline teams across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Founders Kacper and Kamil are also returning founders — they were part of Iterative's first ever batch in 2020 and we're stoked to have them again!

Nexacore

Company Description: Empowering insurers to deliver seamless device protection claims

Founders: Brett Hawgood, Melanie Hawgood

Why we're excited: Nexacore is the backend infrastructure for device protection and warranty programs — unifying repairs, logistics, supply chains, and payments in one platform. Telcos, insurers, and others can focus on underwriting, while Nexacore handles the complex end-to-end infrastructure.

Their regional hub easily plugs into existing systems, enabling instant device claims without the cost, complexity, or delays of building in-house. The team is already live with the largest telco in Malaysia and scaling rapidly. Founders Brett (insurance veteran) and Melanie (banking and finance expert) are the perfect team to take Nexacore to the next level.

PARADYSE

Company Description: Co-own luxury holiday homes 1/8th the price

Founders: Marius Scholinz, Marcus Jilla

Why we're excited: PARADYSE is making Bali property ownership accessible through fractional ownership — letting investors enjoy vacation stays or earn rental income, with entry starting at $30K. This opens the market to more people while tackling the high cost of vacation real estate.

Founders Marius and Marcus bring deep knowledge of Bali’s economy and property market, and paired with the growing demand for experiential travel, we're confident PARADYSE will soon be the market leader in the fractional ownership space. Marius was also part of our very first batch in 2020, and we’re thrilled to welcome him back.

Superagent

Company Description: Full-stack AI Real Estate brokerage

Founders: Yuriy Braterskyy, Jayaprasad Prabhakaran

Why we're excited: Superagent is a full-stack AI Real Estate brokerage built to close deals faster, cheaper, and smarter. Launched in Thailand with global ambitions, Superagent enhances the customer experience by replacing slow, manual processes with intelligent AI and involving people only when they add real value. This leads to shorter sales cycles, up to 80% lower costs, and 2x the profit margins compared to traditional brokerages.

We're excited about how they'll reshape the landscape in Thailand and beyond — and with founder Yuriy’s deep industry expertise, we're confident they'll go far.

SystemEarth

Company Description: AI and satellite intelligence to automate trade and sustainability compliance

Founders: Caleb Seow, James Chang Wen Jie, Matthew Saw

Why we're excited: SystemEarth uses satellite intelligence and AI to help companies meet fast-changing sustainability regulations, starting with EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). Founder James brings hands-on experience in this space as a former compliance officer with Michelin tyres, giving the team strong in-depth understanding of existing workflows.

SystemEarth simplifies and automates compliance, making it invaluable for manufacturers. While they’re starting with tyre makers, the opportunity spans far beyond — into broader commodity sectors as global regulations tighten.

Yobo

Company Description: Helps offline businesses increase sales through personalised WhatsApp marketing

Founders: Steven Kim, Sean Liao

Why we're excited: YOBO is an AI-powered sales CRM designed for Southeast Asia’s offline and online businesses. With WhatsApp-based marketing, payment integration, and location-based messaging, they’re helping restaurants and beauty salons in Indonesia grow sales — already hitting 30% month-on-month growth.

As WhatsApp continues to dominate in the region, YOBO’s deep local insight gives them an edge to deliver personalised, high-impact marketing strategies for businesses.

Companies in Stealth

Some of the companies below are still in stealth. We’re excited about them too, so we’ll share a bit more — just without any identifying details.

AI Fintech OS Company

Why we're excited: Cross-border commerce is messy — companies struggle with payments, spending huge amounts of time and money on fintech solutions that often don’t work.

This company is fixing that with an AI-native fintech OS for mid-market and enterprise merchants. Through a single API, they handle collections, payouts, fraud, KYC, tax, and reconciliation — making it easy for companies to optimise performance without needing a payments team.

Robotics Construction Company

Why we're excited: Construction faces labor shortages and rising costs, especially in regions like the Middle East and Singapore. This company is addressing that with a platform that teaches humanoid robots to perform construction tasks — starting with partition walls and expanding to more complex jobs.

Founded by a team with deep robotics and construction industry experience, led by a serial founder from SF, they’re building hardware-agnostic solutions that could make construction safer, faster, and more efficient.

Group Buying Company

Why we're excited: This company is bringing a Pinduoduo-style group buying model to Indonesia, where communal purchasing is part of the culture. Starting with affordable goods like snacks, they’re creating a gamified shopping experience that’s already resonating — over 100 organic orders in the first week.

With a direct-to-manufacturer supply chain and a first-mover advantage, they’re well-positioned to disrupt traditional e-commerce players for price-conscious consumers.

Men’s Health Company

Why we're excited: In Southeast Asia, men’s sexual health is rarely discussed — clinic visits can feel awkward, and conversations are often taboo. This company makes it easier by offering discreet online assessments, e-prescriptions, and unbranded medication delivery with privacy as the top priority.

With $150K+ annualised revenue just 4 months after launch, the founder’s focused execution shows strong potential for scale. They’re building a more accessible and trustworthy telehealth model for men across the region.

AI Ecosystem Company

Why we're excited: This company is building an AI ecosystem that makes it simple to discover, deploy, and monetise AI agents. Their marketplace empowers both creators and users by providing an intuitive way to access intelligent applications.

Early traction is strong with 45,000 unique visitors. With a focus on user-generated content, a centralised memory layer, and partnerships with influencers, they’re well-positioned to capture the growing demand for accessible AI solutions.

Family Wellbeing Platform

Why we're excited: In many Asian households, strict rules, low emotional communication, and an emphasis on filial piety is common (and that's just the top of the list). This family dynamic often create distance between parents and children, and existing solutions — like therapy for kids or advice for parents — rarely bridge that gap.

The founder of this platform has spent the past decade working in this space. They're combining behavioural data, 1:1 coaching, personalised parent playbooks, and an AI copilot to help families build stronger connections.

Unique Travel Experience Company

Why we're excited: This company is redefining group travel for Gen Zs and millennials. Instead of run-on-the-mill tours and overcrowded tourist spots, they curate unique group adventures led by community leaders — a model that works especially well in APAC, where cultural nuances make facilitated connections valuable.

Just 18 months in, over 5,000+ travellers across the globe have joined the trips they organised. We believe they’ll transform how young people connect, explore, and make lifelong memories.
