You have an idea,
but does it work?
Is my idea good?
I’ve built something… why isn’t anyone buying?
Why don’t people care about my product?
Should I quit my job for this?
You’re asking yourself if your idea is good enough, but you don’t know how to get the answer.

Or you’ve been working on your startup and you’re stuck on what to do next.

If you’re asking yourself these questions, or doubting what you’re building, you’re likely missing a way to test your ideas. Most founders don’t need more motivation, they need a clear way to test whether their idea actually works.

You bring the idea. We’ll help you figure out if people want it and whether it’s worth pursuing.
Why This Program Should Matter To You
The biggest regret we hear founders say all the time? “I should’ve tested my idea earlier.”
Too many founders spend months—even years—building something no one actually wants. It’s a costly mistake. You don't have to make it.
The Validate Your Startup Idea Program gives you the tools, structure, and support to run real experiments to figure out if your idea is worth pursuing.
In 6 weeks, you’ll:
Test your idea with real people
Get up to US$10,000 to fund your experiments
Talk to customers to learn what they really want
Work with experienced founders who’ve been through it before
Gain a repeatable process you can use every time you have a new idea
What you’ll avoid:
Wasting time and money building features no one uses
Chasing growth without understanding why it happened (or how to do it again)
Sitting on an idea because you're unsure if it’s “good enough”
Falling in love with your own product before you’ve talked to your customers
Burning out on something that was never viable to begin with
What you'll do in the program
This 6-week program combines weekly lessons, founder-led office hours, and hands-on assignments to help you move from idea to evidence.

Each week introduces a key validation topic and ends with a live office hour where you’ll get feedback on your work.

You’ll work toward clear milestones and by the end of the program, you will have: run two real validation experiments, learned how to define, test, and iterate on your idea, debugged challenges with experienced founders and gained clarity on what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next.

Who this program is for
This program is designed for early founders who already feel the pull to build, but need clarity and direction. It’s a great fit if:
You have a startup idea, but aren’t sure what to do next. You’re asking: Is this idea any good? Should I pursue it?
You’re a first-time founder without structure or support, and you’re struggling to make progress.
You’ve started something before that didn’t work — and you’re ready for a second shot, this time with a clearer process.
Who it’s NOT for
This program isn’t the right fit if:
You don’t yet have a startup idea. The program is designed to help founders validate existing ideas.
You’re only looking for funding. Participation in the full 6-week program is required, and the goal is to walk away with proof, not just a cheque.
Your startup is already at seed stage. This program is focused on idea to validation — not growth or scaling.
Learn from founders who’ve done it before.
Starting something new can feel like you’re guessing every step of the way. That’s why we pair you with people who’ve been through it before.

Every Program Partner is a founder or ex-founder who’s learnt valuable lessons from the uncertainty, the pivots, and the pain. We’ve distilled these lessons so you can skip the guesswork and start making real progress.

Got questions?
When does the program run? Do I have to attend all 6 weeks?
expand

The 6 week program runs from 15 September to 24 October 2025. Each week, you’ll be expected to watch short videos and complete tasks to hit your milestones. While we encourage you to join the group office hours to get feedback and connect with other participants, they’re optional. Office hour sessions will be recorded so you can catch up anytime, no matter where you are in the world.

What kind of ideas are a good fit for this program?
expand

This program is for early-stage ideas that are solving a real, specific problem, even if you haven’t proven it yet.

You don’t need a product, traction, or users. But you should have a well-defined problem you care about solving, and the drive to test whether your solution actually works.

If you're serious about your idea and ready to find out if it actually resonates with your target audience, this program is for you.

Is this a full-time commitment?
expand

No, you do not need to be a full-time founder to commit to this program, and you do not need to quit your job to attend the program. You do however have to be available for the duration of the 6 week program.

Do I need a co-founder or can I apply solo?
expand

You can apply solo or with co-founders, as long as you have an idea.

Who can apply for this program?
expand

Anyone with a startup idea is welcome to apply, no matter where you are in the world. This program support founders from all backgrounds and locations.
